In this episode of the season, Mr. Garrison had a reversal sex change. After becoming Ms. Garrison, he was still feeling Mr. Garrison somewhere inside her. Ultimately, she decided to become Mr. Garrison once again. While the teacher was busy to determine his/her sexuality, it was Cartman who served as the substitute for the day. Cartman was taken to an inner city school to help the high schoolers, after the kids got stellar test scores.
