In this episode of the season, a drugs craze called cheesing hits the city of South Park. It made the officials to announce cats illegal. It was very stressing for the boys to come to know that Kenny had become addicted to sniffing cat urine to get high, after missing the school hours. On the other hand, it was Cartman who took in all the South Park cats, thanks to the newest craze of the town. Meanwhile, Kyle’s dad also became addicted to sniffing cat urine.
