As the Mayor has banned sale of fireworks in city due to fear of accidents, so kids decide to bring some fireworks from across the border illegally and they bring them in the after great adventure. You know here is a large snake in this episode, and scares everybody in the city. Actually mayor has brought that for the 4th July celebration as for him snakes are legal while fireworks are not.

I laughed at this idea, its pretty stupid. So the snakes create much hullabaloo in the city, people feel uncomfortable with the snake in the city. So finally boys bring fireworks and blow them all and accidentally Kenny dies as he is blown into air with a firework. And then comes the snow fall time, ask how? Well due to fireworks the snake gets blasted and its ashes are in the air and they fall like snow.

People are enjoying this and everybody has got black face due to ashes, and chef thinks them as racists and all the kids had a sound beating. See going against the nature is not always pleasure.
